VK4JRC-3 for APRS local network on 439.100MHz

The unit is a test digipeater VK4JRC-3 for APRS local network on 439.100MHz, 600 feet above Rockhampton, 20km South, South West, on the farm of VK4JRC.
The Radio is an Icom F2010 commercial UHF radio running 10 watts, 4dB antenna with Micropower TNC. Battery is a N120, 60 watt solar panel with regulator. It currently has a Packet PMS mailbox running, VK4JRC-1.
If testing is successful, the site will become a permanent location.
